Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis
- Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax filings
- Coordinate monthly and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
- Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and regulatory requirements
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and general ledger maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
