Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial processes
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional certification (e.g., Brevet A/B) preferred
