Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and transactions in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Prepare, review, and submit comprehensive tax reports ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting processes
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support financial operations and business objectives
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
