Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize liabilities while maintaining full regulatory compliance
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of documentation
- Analyze financial performance through variance analysis and KPI monitoring
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, etc.) and corporate financial regulations
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles with tax specialization
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN, VAT) and PSAK standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills
- Professional certification (AK, BPK, or equivalent) highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience in energy sector or manufacturing industry advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
