Join PT Oro Tada Pharma's dynamic finance team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist. This pivotal role requires expertise in financial statement preparation, comprehensive tax compliance, and regulatory adherence. You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. The position offers exposure to pharmaceutical industry-specific accounting practices and requires proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial decision-making. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in monthly/yearly tax reporting (including SPT tahunan) and possess strong analytical skills to optimize financial operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly/yearly financial statements with precision
- Execute comprehensive tax reporting including SPT tahunan and monthly tax filings
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards
- Manage financial records and transaction documentation
- Support internal/external audits and financial reviews
- Develop financial reports for management decision-making
- Monitor tax legislation changes and implement updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/tax roles
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations (including SPT tahunan)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian
