Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filing and reporting.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
- Review and verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Taxation.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and Indonesian tax laws.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (Advanced Excel skills are a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
