Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with Indonesian accounting standards
- Oversee tax compliance processes, including VAT, income tax, and other regulatory filings
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure financial integrity and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and provide required documentation
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax roles in Indonesia
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, and local tax laws)
- Advanced expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
