Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee tax compliance activities including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for management
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to accounting practices
- Lead budget preparation and variance analysis initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK standards
- Advanced expertise in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (AK, BKP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
