Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN) and file accurate tax returns
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/tax roles, preferably in automotive industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB) and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH 21, 23, 25; PPN)
- Certification in taxation (Brevet A/B) or CPA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
