Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and reporting to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize working capital management
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business development
- Manage statutory reporting requirements and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 degree)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
