Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare accurate tax returns
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes to safeguard company assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for stakeholder review
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial processes and cost efficiency
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting with tax exposure
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
