Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including the timely preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, and PPN.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow daily.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage depreciation schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage).
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional environment.
