Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end billing processes and invoice verification
- Monitor accounts receivable and implement collection strategies
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliation statements
- Support tax compliance documentation and filing procedures
- Assist in month-end closing activities and journal entries
- Coordinate with sales department to resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting/tax experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh)
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
