Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage accurate daily financial reports and monthly closing statements.
- Handle end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT/PPN).
- Prepare and submit timely corporate tax returns and associated documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit requirements and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and archiving systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or tax role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian taxation regulations and tax reporting software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Possess a Brevet A & B certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high integrity and attention to detail.
