Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and properly documented.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of corporate tax returns, including PPh and PPN, ensuring full compliance with tax laws.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and inter-company account reconciliations.
- Monitor and process accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and clarifications.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure financial accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
