As our Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial operations, including cash flow management, financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, tax compliance, and supervising our Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) team. Your expertise will ensure our financial processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage cash flow and financial reporting processes
- Supervise and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team
- Handle accounts receivable and payable functions
- Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax strategies
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Proven experience in tax compliance and planning
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a finance team
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
