PT Inti Utama Dharma Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, strict compliance with tax regulations, and the strategic optimization of our accounting systems.

You will collaborate closely with senior management to drive business growth through insightful data analysis and robust financial oversight, while mentoring a dedicated team of finance professionals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of day-to-day financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PSAK and corporate standards.
- Lead and monitor tax compliance processes, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and VAT (PPN), ensuring zero-error submission.
- Supervise, train, and develop the finance and accounting team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with management to prepare budget forecasts, cash flow analysis, and variance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement integrated financial systems and internal controls to streamline operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless annual audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (Brevet A/B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with exposure to the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong technical proficiency in Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK standards.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for management.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
