Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Manage tax compliance, filings, and audits in accordance with Indonesian regulations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal accounting controls and procedures
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through training and performance management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/tax with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, Income Tax)
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent leadership abilities with team management experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
