We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join the growing team at PT Indomakmur Inti Lestari. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our daily accounting operations, ensuring strict adherence to financial regulations, and leading our tax strategy. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can manage the month-end close process, prepare accurate financial reports, and mentor a team of finance professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and prepare accurate financial statements, tax returns (VAT, PPh), and regulatory filings in compliance with local laws.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the accounting team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct internal audits and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, track expenses, and perform variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage bank relations, cash flow forecasting, and treasury operations effectively.
- Stay updated on changes in Indonesian tax regulations and advise management on compliance strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within finance or accounting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws, corporate tax, and final tax reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
