Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Lead annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against forecasts
- Develop and implement accounting procedures to enhance efficiency and control
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors during compliance reviews
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Oversee tax compliance including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax obligations
- Manage accounting team performance and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- 5+ years experience in accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
