Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.), including timely submission of tax reports and payments.
- Lead and supervise a team of junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as required.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to management for improved financial performance and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, Zahir, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements and tax reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
