New Coral Sea is currently seeking a highly skilled Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our financial operations, ensuring tax compliance, and providing critical data to support our management decision-making process.
The successful candidate will bridge the gap between our local operational requirements and our international communication needs. We are looking for an analytical leader who is well-versed in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations, capable of mentoring a team while managing high-stakes financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily finance, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations.
- Manage end-to-end tax processes, including PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and VAT (PPN) reporting and filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audit processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Serve as the key point of contact for financial reporting communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, budget performance, and conduct financial forecasting to support strategic goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with regional partners.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian PSAK standards and current tax laws (KUP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
