Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff to enhance team performance and capabilities
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses
- Implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Expertise in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Proven ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and drive performance
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial data to stakeholders
