Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering professional development and high performance
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate financial terms with key stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Experience in multinational company environments a distinct advantage
