Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operation of the accounting department, including data entry and record maintenance.
- Prepare and verify payment documents, including invoices and vouchers, ensuring accuracy before processing.
- Support the monthly closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing preliminary reports.
- Conduct regular stock takes and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems for both physical and electronic financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and general ledger queries.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the finance team’s efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
