Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Manage monthly payroll preparation and ensure statutory compliance.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Handle tax filings, GST returns, and government reporting duties.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation.
- Support internal audits and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Accounts.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, Xero) and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong understanding of Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
