Techman Electronics is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Bukit Minyak. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures, including adjusting entries.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MYFRS) and company policies.
- Handle general ledger functions and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock valuation and cost accounting.
- Generate and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/MYFRS and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and other office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
