As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the company's financial strategy. The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm, providing a healthy work-life balance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
- Manage tax compliance and filing requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods
- Support financial analysis and reporting to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in a multinational corporation environment is preferred
