Join Erajaya's dynamic finance team as a Finance Accounts Receivable Supervisor, where you'll drive operational excellence in our AR department. This pivotal role requires you to design, implement, and maintain robust financial policies and procedures to optimize billing cycles and collection efficiency. You'll lead a dedicated team in streamlining accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payment follow-ups, and minimizing overdue receivables. Your expertise in financial controls will directly impact cash flow management and financial reporting accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department including billing, collections, and reconciliation
- Develop, implement, and enforce AR policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Lead, mentor, and develop AR team members through performance coaching
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve payment disputes
- Prepare monthly AR reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
- Optimize AR processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in AR management with 3+ years supervisory experience
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Proven track record of improving collection efficiency metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
