Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial records and ensure all data entry is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure financial discrepancies are resolved.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documentation and contracts.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status and inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Admin, Bookkeeper, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
