Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of daily financial documents and vouchers.
- Support the finance team in data entry and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Help monitor accounts payable and receivable and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Participate in periodic internal audits and inventory counts.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Draft simple financial reports and assist in preparing documentation for month-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to commit to the internship duration as specified by your academic institution.
