Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions using Xero and Hubdoc platforms
- Process accounts payable and receivable with precision
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Handle administrative documentation and filing systems
- Collaborate with finance team on budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and Hubdoc software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
