Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and monthly management reports.
- Assist with payroll processing, tax documentation, and statutory filings.
- Handle general office administration duties, such as filing, supply management, and reception support.
- Maintain inventory records and process purchase orders for office and project supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and ensure timely resolution of billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a Finance & Admin Executive role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
