Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Handle accounts payable functions including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management
  • Manage accounts receivable activities including invoice generation, follow-up on outstanding payments, and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance financial efficiency
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance administration with focus on claims, AP, and AR
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively
