Tanggung Jawab
- Receive all types of payments and issue receipts in accordance with company and government policies
- Account for all collections made during the day and reconcile with daily sales reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process payments and ensure proper documentation for all transactions
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment inquiries and issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant tax laws and government regulations
