Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee credit control processes to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review
- Handle basic HR functions including payroll processing, employee records, and benefits administration
- Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and administration management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated experience in managing full accounting cycles
- Basic HR knowledge and experience in employee administration
