Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis
- Develop, monitor, and optimize budgets to align with organizational goals
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial liquidity
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead and mentor the finance and administration team
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial planning and analysis
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Kualifikasi
- LCCI qualification in accounting or finance (mandatory)
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of full set accounting experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record in team leadership and financial management
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- ACCA/CIMA certification or equivalent is highly desirable
