Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounting, billing, and collections.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting, and conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards (MPERS/MFRS), and tax regulations in Malaysia.
- Lead the administrative function, overseeing office management, procurement of supplies, and facilities maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies for all compliance matters.
- Implement and enhance internal control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to mitigate risk.
- Support HR functions, including payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/PCB contributions, and employee records management.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership is highly advantageous.
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in a similar capacity, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia tax laws (SST, Corporate Tax) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
- Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
