Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and general ledger entries.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, document management, and meeting scheduling.
- Assist in payroll processing and the maintenance of employee records and contracts.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
- Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in vendor management and expense tracking.
- Perform general office upkeep and ensure a tidy work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a finance or admin support role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an outsourced setting.
