Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and statutory filings.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports with high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and government agencies.
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory to ensure operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or administration roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
