Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage accounts receivable, payment processing, and GIRO transactions to ensure timely collections
  • Conduct daily banking operations including deposits, withdrawals, and account reconciliations
  • Oversee procurement processes from vendor selection to purchase order processing and payment
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software systems
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including documentation filing and record management
  • Support audit preparations and provide financial documentation as required

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administrative roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation
  • Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
