Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process daily financial transactions, including invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle petty cash management and daily expense tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Process employee reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Administer basic tax documents (e.g., PPh, PPN) and ensure timely reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical financial filing systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a similar finance or administration role, preferably in the manufacturing or technical sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with standard accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or SAP) is highly advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian taxation regulations (PPh21, PPh23, PPN).
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Semarang office.
