Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial operations, including petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and assist with budget tracking for clinic expenses.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, client correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records to ensure full compliance with clinic operational standards.
  • Support the clinic management team in daily office workflows and inventory oversight.
  • Handle procurement requests and ensure all clinic supplies are well-stocked and accounted for.
  • Assist in the preparation of management presentations and clinical billing summaries.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or administrative support role; experience in luxury wellness or clinical settings is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to interact effectively with staff and clients.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive team spirit.
