Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Support audits by providing documentation and explanations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of finance administration experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with VBA knowledge preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
