Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor management
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards
- Coordinate with auditors during financial reviews
- Maintain financial documentation and confidentiality protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
