About the Role: Asurion is seeking a visionary Finance AI Lead to spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the practical application of AI across the finance department, transforming traditional financial workflows into intelligent, automated processes. You will bridge the gap between complex data science and day-to-day financial management, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver tangible value and operational efficiency.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI implementation, from predictive analytics for revenue forecasting to automated anomaly detection in expense reporting. Your expertise will help Asurion maintain its leadership in the insurance and tech industry by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and streamline financial operations.

- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI solutions tailored for financial use cases, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Design and implement machine learning models to automate repetitive financial tasks and enhance the accuracy of financial reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and finance stakeholders to integrate AI tools into existing ERP and financial systems.
- Monitor model performance and continuously optimize algorithms to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Translate complex AI outputs into clear, concise business recommendations for executive leadership.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to the finance sector to propose innovative solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI governance and compliance within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, or data analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or technical lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with hands-on experience in data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
