Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights for cost control.
- Reconcile financial accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to monitor departmental performance against financial targets.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and audit requirements as necessary.
- Maintain internal financial databases and update financial models with current market data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or general accounting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and financial modeling).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based, project-oriented environment.
