As a Finance Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management.
In this position, you'll handle end-to-end accounts payable processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our vendors while maintaining strong financial relationships. You'll be responsible for regulatory tax adherence, staying current with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure full compliance. Additionally, you'll implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard our financial assets and prevent fraud.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor relationship management
- Ensure regulatory tax compliance by staying current with tax laws, preparing tax documents, and coordinating with tax authorities
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
