Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in preparation of financial reports including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collecting and analyzing financial data
- Participate in financial consolidation activities for the organization
- Assist in IPO support activities including documentation and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to support decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
