- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for real estate clients
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Conduct variance analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities
- Assist in developing financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Monitor financial performance against established metrics and KPIs
- Participate in financial audits and compliance reviews
- Stay current with industry regulations and financial best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of real estate financial practices is highly desirable
- Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CPA) are a plus
